Cultural sights and nature are equally close, by walking it takes about 10 minutes to city centre and 5 minutes to the park. Nearby is a food store, a bakery and a bus stop.

The apartment has a size of about 40 sqm (400 sqf) and includes a small kitchen and a comfortable bathroom. It contains a double bed (1,40 x 2,00 metres), a bed couch, television and radio. To the apartment belongs a part of the large garden. Inside the guest room smoking and pets are not allowed.
